Background Clearances:

 

1. PA State Police Criminal History Record (No charge for volunteers)  To obtain your clearance online at https://epatch.state.pa.us/(The certificate will be available for you to download and save once you complete this process. You can email it to Sbass@greaterzionbaptist.org or bring her a copy in a sealed envelope)
2.  Child Abuse Clearance from the PA Department of Human Services                             (No charge for volunteers)  https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
3. FBI Criminal History Record        (Volunteers will need a pay code)

 

3.1       To obtain a pay code e-mail Sister Bobbi Jo Mims at bjmims@greaterzionbaptist.org

3.2.      Register online at:  https://uenroll.identogo.com/

3.3       Enter code 1KG6ZJ

3.4       Enter all your information as it appears on you legal documents- follow prompts at the bottom to go to the next page.

3.5       Enter pay code when prompted

3.6       Make an appointment at an IndentoGo State Agency facility near you by putting your Zip Code in.

 

If there are no available appointments at the closest location to you go to: https:/www.identogo.com/locations for additional locations.  You can also be a walk-in understanding that you may have to wait. 

4. To complete the training go to http://www.reportabusepa.pitt.edu

At the end of the training print the certificate and provide a copy to a volunteer coordinator Sister Bobbi Jo Mims

**Please give all copies of the clearances once rec’d in the mail to Trustee Sharon Bass in a sealed envelope.
