We are “fearfully and wonderfully” made. Walking in the Spirit is a great way to be a “Good steward of what God has made—your physical body!” Jesus is our example. How did he get around? He walked; the Bible does not talk about him using a custom-made chariot. Physical exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and walking is a good starting point.
Walking in the Spirit Ministry is for ladies ages 18 and older and meets Mondays & Thursday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. We recommend you consult your doctor first, before starting an exercise program. You may start with the ministry at any time. We also recommend that you get a good pair of walking shoes, bring a 32 oz water bottle to every session.
